Our Community

My Coordinator is committed to the principles of balancing profit with purpose.

That means ensuring that there is a meaningful return to the community, and business decisions are not made without consideration of the impacts on consumers,  workers,  community stakeholders, and the environment.

To achieve this My Coordinator follows a three point plan built into its 'vision' for the future:

  1. People - provide bespoke services, guided by stakeholder feedback

  2. Planet - offset all carbon emissions, reduce waste, and aim for a paperless workflow

  3. Prosperity - return 10% of revenue back into the community and support great causes

Stakeholder feedback

As a small business My Coordinator relies entirely on feedback for continuous improvement. We've adopted a 'no wrong door' approach and ensured that the process is accessible everywhere we are present. Tell us what you think.

02

Environment Stewardship

We are committed to offsetting all our carbon emissions as well as taking other steps to reduce our impact on the environment.

In Australia, we use 230 kilograms of paper per person every year. By reducing our use of paper we not only save trees, but also water, oil, pollutants, and unnecessary landfill. Find out more.

Support Great Causes

Our services don't start and stop with your NDIS funding. We are great at what we do, but we want to do so much more. Our Community Bank is just one way we are able to do that. Read about it.

Do you have a favourite charity or a local community group that you think is amazing? We, do and we love to talk about them. Read more here.
